The pop singer was born on April 21, 1997, as Sydney Grace Ann Sierota as the daughter of her parents Linda Sierota and Jeffery David. She was born into a musical family as her father is a songwriter and producer, while all three of her siblings, Noah Sierota, Jamie Sierota, and Graham Sierota, are also musicians.
Little is known about Sydney Sierota’s early life and educational background, but we do know that she started singing at a very early age. The band was formed by chance when a charity event in the neighborhood needed some live music and the kids from Sierota got together and played a seemingly random setlist. Echosmith released their debut album Talking Dreams in 2013, released via Warner Bros. records. At that time they were not really known in the music world and didn’t have a big fan base. The album featured the hit song Cool Kids, which finished 13th on the Billboard Hot 100 and was awarded double platinum by the RIAA. The second album of the now popular band, Inside A Dream, was released in 2018.
Sydney can not only be the lead singer, but also play guitar and keyboard, and all four members of the creative band write their songs and contribute ideas on lyrics and music.
