Brendon Urie is an American musician who is best known as the lead singer of the rock band Panic! in the disco he joined as a student. He happens to be the only remaining original member of the group on the left. Panic! has released at least 5 studio albums. The band had immediate success after the release of their single “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” (2005) from their debut album A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out helped to boost album sales.
Brendon Boyd Urie was born on April 12, 1987, in St. George, Utah, the son of Grace and Boyd Urie. The half Hawaiian attended Palo Verde High School in Las Vegas, where he was to meet his future bandmates. Since he performed without the support of his Mormon parents, who were against his music, Urie started to work to be able to afford the time for studio rehearsals. Urie worked at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe and sang for clients for money.
In October 2013, Panic’s fourth studio album, Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! was released and debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200, while the group’s fifth studio album, Death of a Bachelor, released on January 15, 2016, was their first album to reach the top of the Billboard charts and also brought them the best sales figures of the first week.
In addition to his own music, Brendon has collaborated with other artists, most notably Fall Out Boy. Brendon was among those who sang the Coca-Cola song “Open Happiness” in 2008, which featured Patrick Stump, Cee-Lo Green, Travis McCoy, and others.
Brendon Urie’s Wife, Wedding
Brendon became engaged to Sarah Orzechowski in September 2011. Sarah, born February 23, 1987, in Detroit, Michigan, is a skincare enthusiast who boasts an incredible following in social media.
Urie met Sarah in 2008 when he went on tour for the second project of his band “Pretty”. Strange”. On his Reddit, AMA Urie wrote
“I met Sarah during a tour for Pretty. Strangely… She was with another man at that time, but I couldn’t get her out of my head. With some luck and the help of mutual friends, we met again 8 months later when she happened to be single. We’ve been smiling together ever since. Damn, she’s incredible.”
After about two years of engagement, the two decided to get married on April 27, 2013, at the Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu, California. The wedding was a glamorous event with Sarah rocking a Vera Wang dress.
“It was very important for us that this day reflect our love for each other, something beautiful, romantic, whimsical and unique,” Sarah told Green Wedding Shoes about her wedding. “On the day of the wedding, really every detail came together and we became very emotional when we could finally see everything at once. We were honestly speechless about how beautiful everything was – it really felt like a real-life fairy tale.”
The wedding was indeed a simple but stylish one. The couple’s first dance as a couple was Journey’s Faithfully. Since then, Urie and Sarah have remained strong. Months after their marriage, Uri’s fans began attacking his wife in a series of negative comments on their social media accounts. Urie was sure to support her and even clapped back at haters on social media.
“It disgusts me what the “fans” will say about the people I love most. If you are one of them, you should know that I think you’re shit. Let me fuck you.”
Brendon Urie Is He Gay?
The rumors of being gay have plagued Brendon Urie for a long time in his career. But Brendon became his own undoing when he revealed that he had experimented with men. In a 2013 interview with Pride Source, Urie addressed the rumors about gays, he said;
“Overall, I’m more attracted to women. Like my wife, I’m just so madly in love and attracted to my wife that I say, ‘Well, OK, my love of musicals can’t trump the fact that I love pussy.
In another case, Brendon said: “If I had to classify myself, I would say I am heterosexual.
