Brendon Urie is an American musician who is best known as the lead singer of the rock band Panic! in the disco he joined as a student. He happens to be the only remaining original member of the group on the left. Panic! has released at least 5 studio albums. The band had immediate success after the release of their single “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” (2005) from their debut album A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out helped to boost album sales.
Brendon Boyd Urie was born on April 12, 1987, in St. George, Utah, the son of Grace and Boyd Urie. The half Hawaiian attended Palo Verde High School in Las Vegas, where he was to meet his future bandmates. Since he performed without the support of his Mormon parents, who were against his music, Urie started to work to be able to afford the time for studio rehearsals. In addition to his own music, Brendon has collaborated with other artists, most notably Fall Out Boy. Brendon was among those who sang the Coca-Cola song “Open Happiness” in 2008, which featured Patrick Stump, Cee-Lo Green, Travis McCoy, and others.
