They welcomed their first child, a daughter named Adelaide Grace Osborn, to the Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles at 8:28 a.m. on September 7, 2017. Cabral shared her experience of being diagnosed with placenta previa, a condition in which the placenta covers part of the cervix and the birth had to be done by cesarean section. She was also very open about the pressure and challenges she took on to go back to work in her successful TV show just 3 weeks after giving birth.

Although there was no reason to go back to work quickly, as the producers of her show were very supportive and did not put any pressure on her, Cabral had a desire to return. Also, it was much easier for her to have a night nurse and a nanny to help her get the necessary rest at night.
