When asked how much it would cost to get a tattoo from Oliver, he repeats that it depends on the type of tattoo you are interested in, the least he grades from $100 to $200 and even up to $300.
He is the co-owner of the Texas-based Elm Street Tattoo, as well as the owner of the Los Angeles-based True Tattoo. The Elm Street Tattoo was founded together with his artist colleague Dean Williams. Elm Street celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2016 and boasts 10 artists, including Peck and Williams. His work as a judge on Ink Master is most appreciated. On Spike TV’s Ink Master he, Chris Nunez and Dave Navarro have served as judges on the show.
At 46 years of age, Oliver is considered one of the “old school” American-style artists. He holds a Guinness world record for the most tattoos done in 24 hours, currently 415, with the previous record being 400.
