Kadeem Hardison Wife and Daughter
Hardison married the American singer Chanté Moore in 1997 and they were divorced in 2000, they have a daughter Sophia born in 1996. The couple was very protective of each other’s private lives, but most reports say the couple had a secret wedding, especially since there was no real mention of wedding bells until the news of their union came out.
All we know is that the couple went their separate ways in 2000. Recently, however, there has been news of a resurgence of “chemistry” between the two, as Chanté and Kadeem seem to be getting along well despite the divorce. This could be observed in the television series “R&B Divas LA”. She once said
“This is my baby… But I don’t want to be his girl. He appreciates who I was and who I am, and we grew up together. That’s what friendship is all about, whether we’re married or in love or whatever, you have to know who you’re with, and he and I have spent a lot of time together.
She also mentioned that he was a good father and a great dad. We still don’t know the reason for the divorce, but according to her, “He’s part of the family. I love him; not in love, but I love him.”
Chanté remarried Kenny Lattimore in 2002 and they have a son together, but they were divorced in 2011.
Sophia, Hardison’s daughter with Chante, was born September 27, 1996, one year before they officially entered into a life-long bond. Most people would say she is a split image of her father, but both parents played their roles in her life.
