The page in question reported the old hoax in 2016, stating that Cena had died in a car accident. An article on her website read
“John Cena died in a single-car accident on Route 80 between Morristown and Roswell. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics responding to the car accident and identified by photo ID found on his body. Alcohol and drugs appear not to have played a role in the accident”.
“Road safety investigators have told reporters that John Cena lost control while driving a friend’s car on Interstate 80, and the vehicle rolled over several times, killing him instantly.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG! As with most celebrity death pranks, the reason for this one is completely unknown. Only since 2017 have fans of the WWE superstar sent him messages on Twitter about the rumor, but Cena, who like the rest of us is bored by the hoax, didn’t even seem to mind.
