Michael Raymond-James was born Michael Weverstad in Detroit, Michigan. That was December 24, 1977, where he grew up without any inclination for acting.

For his education, the man attended Clarkston High School and graduated in 1996. When he was growing up, he was more of an athlete than anyone else, and during his high school years, he was both a football player and an athlete.
